West Coast Design Co. is structured to be a cooperative firm. All of our designers, developers, and copywriters are freelance contractors living throughout BC.
Everyone is paid exactly what he or she earns for the company, with a small portion of their hourly rate set aside for advertising.
This gives you, the consumer, the security of dealing with a large design firm and the flexibility of working with a freelancer. You will also notice the enthusiasm of our well-paid, happy employees.
